Hey Bestie! 💕 Welcome to Sip & Go Nutrition!
I’m Sabra — the loaded-tea-making, live-going, probably-laughing-way-too-loud Bestie behind Sip & Go. 😂
What started as me sharing something I love has turned into this amazing little community of Besties who show up, laugh with me, play games, talk about real life and — of course — drink some seriously delicious loaded teas.
Whether you found me through TikTok, Facebook, a friend, or just happened to stumble in here… I’m so glad you’re here.
Take a look around, find a tea (or twelve 😉), see what we have going on this week, and come hang out with us LIVE!
Around here, you aren’t just a customer. You’re one of the Besties. 💕

Grief Before Goodbye
When You Know a Loss Is Coming
Wednesday, October 14 • 8 PM Central on TikTok @simplysabra
An honest conversation about love, loss, and caring for ourselves. Join Sabra for a gentle bestie conversation about the feelings that can come before a goodbye, making meaningful memories, and supporting one another.
Plus, a look at our new designs! We’ll be showing new designs for T-shirts, sweatshirts, and tumblers from Two Besties & a Press.
🎀 Build My Bestie Bag 🎀
You give me the clues. I create the surprise.

Our regular Bestie Boxes are themed collections. Each Bestie Bag is made individually for YOU. Choose your level of spoiling, share your personality, favorites, obsessions, and hard NOs, and Sabra will create your teas and hand-pick your surprises. No two bags have to be alike. 🎀
Checking spots…
Shipping is separate and follows the usual Sip & Go shipping choices at checkout. Please allow extra processing time: Sabra personally shops for and selects the surprises from your answers.
Your personalization quiz

What’s in the Sip? ✨
Each Sip & Go loaded tea is built from an Herbalife tea and energy base, then paired with the flavors listed in that recipe. Ingredients can vary by tea, so check the individual menu description for exactly what’s included.
A Fun, Refreshing Pick-Me-Up
- Energy: many Sip & Go loaded teas contain caffeinated Herbalife tea and energy products.
- Big flavor: colorful flavor combinations make every recipe a little different.
- Made for ice: mix your tea cold and pour it over plenty of ice for the full Sip & Go experience.
- Easy at home: your tea comes portioned so you can mix and enjoy it when you’re ready.
Caffeine note: caffeine content varies by recipe and products used. Check product packaging for ingredient, allergen, nutrition, and caffeine information. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, ask before ordering.
How to Make Your Loaded Tea
- Open your Sip & Go tea packet and keep the components together for that recipe.
- Prepare each component according to the directions included with your order and on its product packaging.
- Add the flavor components for your selected tea.
- Add cold water and plenty of ice, then mix well.
- Grab a straw and enjoy your Sip & Go creation. 💕
Exact preparation can vary by recipe, so follow the directions included with your order rather than using one universal water measurement.
